Hey there! We’re Cody and Daniel, two lifelong geeks with a passion for all things nerdy—movies, music, vinyl, toys, you name it. We’re thrilled to introduce Cody's Collectibles, your soon-to-be favorite spot for comics, collectibles, and everything in between!

A Dream Come True

What started as a shared love for comic books and pop culture has grown into something we’re incredibly excited to bring to life right here in Oskaloosa, IA. Southeast Iowa might not have a comic shop for miles around, but that’s about to change, and we can’t wait to be part of your nerdy world.

We’re still setting up our physical location (fingers crossed for a grand opening this September), but in the meantime, we’re just about to open our online store! You’ll be able to browse our store for all the comics, toys, vinyl, Funko Pops, signed memorabilia, and more—right from the comfort of your home.

While our shop might still be in the making, our goal is clear: we want Cody's Collectibles to feel like home. A place where you can geek out over your favorite comic series, talk about movies, share a laugh over your latest pop culture obsession, or discover something totally new.

We’re not just a store—we want to be a part of your community. Whether you're new to comics or a seasoned collector, you’ll always feel welcome and at ease when you step into our space (or browse our site). It’s all about the good vibes here.

Movie Marathons and Rank Lists

When we’re not running the shop, we’re probably binging through movie franchises for fun and reviewing them on our own. We’ve already made our way through Star Wars, Robocop, Alien/Predator, Indiana Jones, and Pirates of the Caribbean. We’re diving into the Fast & Furious series next! Follow along with our rankings and reviews—we’ll definitely be sharing some of those on the blog, too.
